*All Products must be sent back to LANGUAGE TEACHER, INC not later then

from receiving the product. *You must have a
RMA#
in order to return a product to Language Teacher, Inc. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 5 days of receiving the product by sending email to
support@languageteacher.com

restocking fee will be applied to all returns
to compensate our credit card service loss. The rest of the money will be fully refunded to you less the shipping charges and

Language Teacher, Inc. will not accept returns without prior authorization and an
RMA#
number. Customer should prominently display the
RMA#
number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Return Shipping Cost (The cost you pay to send an item back to Language Teacher, Inc.) is the same as your cost to drive to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Thus, Language Teacher, Inc. does not reimburse any customer return shipping cost. All

refundable and can only be exchanged for Exact Title Only within 7 days of receiving the product.
